Moondog is the GTC staple blend. By far our most popular coffee and with good reason. It’s an easy sipper that makes it perfect for slower mornings.
We taste bittersweet chocolate, caramel, almond, and citrus as it opens up.
Formerly Flying Turns and renamed for its biggest fan, James Lind.
Sunblind is a light roast for people who want to taste everything. A blend of Colombia and Mexico, it's bright and vibrant. We taste granola with peanut butter on the front end, followed by a tangy citrus punchiness as it cools.
Elevated diner coffee. This cup is perfectly balanced to be bold but sweet and not too nuanced.
Though it is a medium roast, we’ve captured the hot plate flavor quite well without making it overpowering for the gentler, more modern palate.
Notes of toasted cocoa, almond, and believe it or not, coffee!

Brevity is a versatile espresso blend meant to be enjoyed on its own while still mixing well with dairy and alt milks.
Short and sweet, we find notes of honey, cherry, and dark chocolate.
Brevity is whole bean only. Because espresso grind is a moving target and we'd rather you dial it in than guess for you.

All of our coffee is air-roasted. It’s sort of like roasting coffee using a big blow dryer. Hot air is pushed using a high-powered fan to lift and roast the coffee all at once.
Compared to drum roasting, it’s much gentler on the bean. No scorching, hot spots or fractures to corrupt the flavor in ways you’d find in traditional roasting techniques.
What that means for you is less acid reflux, longer-lasting beans, and a cup that tastes like the coffee rather than the roaster.

We’re always looking to add new and not-that-exciting tools to our lineup that will make coffee brewing less daunting or frustrating for you.
Brew troubleshooters, simple ratio calculators, and of course the Grinder Finder, should take a lot of the guesswork out of brewing.

Ternary Coffee Exchange is a program that opens our doors to coffee businesses across NE Ohio. Partners of the Exchange are trained to roast and granted access to our equipment to do so for free.
We do this for the betterment of the industry and to stick it to predatory wholesalers.
