Quick Answers

  • All of our coffee is air-roasted.

    What that means for you is less acid reflux, longer-lasting beans, and a cup that tastes like the coffee rather than the roaster.

  • We’re always looking to add new and not-that-exciting tools to our lineup that will make coffee brewing less daunting or frustrating for you.

    Brew troubleshooters, simple ratio calculators, and of course the Grinder Finder, should take a lot of the guesswork out of brewing.

  • The art used for our packaging and branding is from a collection of open-access paintings found at the Cleveland Museum of Art.

    It’s free, fun, and allows us to visually explain how each of our coffees tastes to us.
