Pumpkin Spice Syrup

To a small saucepan, combine dark brown sugar, pumpkin puree, salt, and pumpkin spice.
Add water and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and cover for 15 minutes to steep.
Separate the syrup from the slurry using cheesecloth or your preferred method.
In a small saucepan on low heat, add sweetened condensed milk and spiced pumpkin syrup.
Heat gently to loosen and stir, avoiding boiling.
Add vanilla extract and pumpkin spice extract.
